Dr. Nick Gunasayn is a podiatric surgeon who offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatments (conservative and surgical) for ailments affecting the foot and ankle. He is Board Certified in foot surgery and reconstruction rear foot and ankle surgery. He also is on the Diplomate American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
In addition to being proficient with surgery of common foot conditions such as bunions, neuromas, and hammertoes, Dr. Gunasayan also specializes in diabetic limb salvage, Charcot foot reconstruction, and hind foot and ankle surgery. He has special interests in ankle arthoscopy, heel endoscopy, and Achilles' tendon pathology.

Dr. Nick Gunasayan received his B.A. in biology from Austin College before attending the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. After graduating from Podiatry School with high honors, Dr. Gunasayan continued his training with a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at South Miami Hospital in Florida.

I broke my big toe pretty bad at work and as you know, workman's comp is a nightmare. All hoop jumping aside, I'm grateful they sent me to Dr Gunasayan- I feel super lucky there! The operation is small, just Dr. G and Georgeanna- she is so helpful and will power through any insurance bs to get stuff done for you, she is awesome. Dr Gunasayan is knowledgeableand patient and will take the time to walk you through your injury and healing timeline in a way that's easy to understand and also calming. Always in and out but never felt rushed- always a thorough job and made sure to answer all my questions

I first came to Dr. Gunasayan as soon as I could get an appointment for my ankle after going to urgent care. I explained to him that I had prior surgery on my ankle and had fractured it multiple times before. He spent about 5 minutes with me only to tell me my ankle wasn’t fractured and to start walking on it as I could. I finished out the time he told me to be in a boot but my ankle still hurt. I went to a different doctor who took the time to examine my ankle thoroughly and request an MRI where he found that it had indeed been fractured. I had been walking on a fractured ankle for months.
