Express did an awesome job on our project! Our leach field failed and they were on it. It was a huge undertaking as the new field had to be placed up on our backyard hill. It was cold, rainy and at times snowing. From the minute we called them to the end of the job, these guys were there, on time, ready to get the job done and professional. We were always notified via email or text that they were on their way. You always knew the name of the guy that was coming out and what they looked like. A big “thank you” goes out to Mike, Mathew, Ricky and Keith! You guys did an awesome job and finished

Mike Roundy was a knowledgeable professional. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had my septic tank pumped out as a part of routine maintenance. I appreciate the fact I was notified when he was arriving and he was on time and got right to work! He completed the job and made sure everything was back in place. You would never know there was work done in the area. I would highly recommend Mike and this company. You truly get great service at a fair price!

Well oh my goodness! After rating them 5 stars from the pumping service I have to go back and not recommend. The pumping went well and the beginning of diagnosing was friendly, come to find out after second and third opinions, we were hosed. Looking over the nearly $1300 bill I paid without question, I come to find out that there was no way they could have jetted all three of the legs of my system. Basically impossible with the amount of water coming back through my pipes. The camera job was very brief and although it was done, it was not thoroughly completed. I also got charged for the dig up

Very fast response to an online service request, great communication from the company and the service tech, competitive pricing, super clean truck and uniform. The service tech Mike Roundy was very professional and friendly, didn't mind that I watched and asked questions, and was respectful and careful of our property. This was my first septic tank pumping at this house, and it went very smoothly. I will use them again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.
