What is your booking policy? We require a 50% down payment (of the total party cost) to reserve your date. The other 50% is paid when the party is finished. Are Casino Parties Legal? Yes! I have had an experience similar to other reviews. I booked a corporate event through 'A Casino Event', who used a local company for my event. I was given a quote paid the half down and then the night of the company providing the dealers informed me that the remaining cost was much higher than what I'd agreed to. When trying to resolve the issue later I had multiple phone calls with John trying to reach Megan to resolve the issue. Every time I called Megan wasn't in the office and asked me to call back later, but I always seemed to call back when she 'wasn't in

Absolutely fantastic experience. We asked for a blackjack dealer for a couple of hours at a small family birthday party. The dealer was awesome - polite, respectful, engaging, entertaining, and kept everyone hooked to the table. Super simple in set up and very convenient overall. Would definitely recommend and do this again! Thank you!

We had a company Christmas party booked with A Casino Event Dallas, they took half down and confirmed everything. The day of the party I called to see if they would be able to set up a little earlier than I originally requested which John confirmed wouldn't be a problem. They never showed up! I kept calling their 800 number which they only picked up a few times and each time no one could help me. Funny how when I would call from different numbers they would answer. I had somewhat of a strange experience with A Casino Event ("ACE"), and to be honest, I'm not entirely sure where I should post my Yelp review. Overall, the event was good, but I can't really be confident in saying that ACE really deserves much of the credit.

If only I could rate lower than 1-star but I can't post a review without it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There is not a review page in Austin, TX, but I will be contacting the BBB and anywhere else to try to get them out of business. They were very helpful until they got our deposit and then they fell off the planet NEVER to be heard from again. Our local rep, Sue, did not return a single call or email in the weeks leading up to the event. John, at the corp office in S. California, never did anything to help either - just said that he was sure they would be there. The day of the venue

Do not use this firm. I've reserved a photo booth for my wedding day several months ago and paid in full. They recently sent me an email saying they are out of business thus they cannot provide the service. I've tried to contact Michele for the last several days to get a refund. She is not answering. what a big scam.

This place is a HUGE SCAM!!! I pre-ordered and paid for a photo booth for my wedding almost a year ago because I know how popular they are now. I've been dealing with John trying to get my deposit back from Michelle and all I get is the same BS saying they will contact me and I may possibly be getting a refund. My wedding is 3 weeks away and I DO NOT NEED THIS STRESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The good reviews must all be from friends or co-workers this place is a joke!

If I could I wouldn't even give them one. I am a wedding coordinator and I have never had a vendor not show up for an event, until this company came along! I realized about 30 after they we're suppose to be there for setup that they did not show. So I called from 3 different phone numbers and left messages for Michele on each with no call back. Continued calling them throughout the night with no answer. My bride was upset but handled it well. I even called them the next day to give them the benefit of the doubt with still no answer. STAY AWAY!!!

How about, a once in a lifetime event, my only child's graduation party. Everything is booked and prepaid months ahead in hopes for the perfect event, then BOOM! An hour before the party, no sign of your photo booth.
3 hours of calling their office and being told repeatedly that the tech would be there and never offering to send a replacement...shame on you John for LYING to me every time you said you'd call me back. Then had the nerve to not answer

I really only write bad reviews if it is truly deserving. This company is TRULY deserving of an awful review. As a wedding coordinator, we asked this specific vendor to set up the photo booth for the wedding by 8:30. Mind you, we were already paying them over an hour extra for just being there. 8:40 rolled around and I realized that vendor was nowhere to be found. I called the number provided to us in case there were any issues and there wasn't an answer. I tried again and received someone on the other end. They were utterly confused in what I was talking about. He said he would call me back

We hired In and Photo Booth for a graduation party. We paid in full 3 months in advance and I called to confirm the event twice. They were a no show for the graduation party and when I called to find out where they were I was told the driver had car trouble but that they would be happy to give me another free event. Why would I want another free event when this was a graduation party??? The communication was terrible and we had 80 very disappointed kids. I would never use this business again. Beware of them, after reading reviews it looks like this is not the first time this has happened

A Casino Event did a Great Great job!!! We loved loved loved them :). Michelle was so excellent in communication with us prior to the event. All of the dealers showed up more than early to set up, the equipment looked so professional and "Real", the photo booth was amazing. Everyone had an amazing time. We even had a D.J. which wasn't really needed since everyone had so much to do w/ the Casino Games and the Photo Booth. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Excellent job!! I really don't know where to start with this review. I am such a happy customer, I would recommend, "A Casino Event" to anyone interested in renting a photo booth. I was originally going to purchase the Groupon, but when I called, Michele said she'd automatically honor the Groupon price without having to actually purchase the Groupon. Major convenience. The date I wanted was available so I booked 12 hours later once discussing the photo booth rental with my husband. Michele was easy to work with & even made an adjustment the day before the wedding on the photo booth time & she was able to make it work. The man working the photo booth was wonderful & helpful. We had a photobook making station & he directed guests to sign a special note & leave it for us in the book after they took their photo booth picture. I purchased a 4 hour rental groupon for my second reception on May 19th. (If buying a groupon, they recommended calling ahead to make sure the date is available before purchasing the groupon... but luckily my date was available anyway.)
I called and made the reservation for my date and received an email confirmation right away. The correspondants Wendy and Michele were a pleasure to work with and always responded to my emails promptly.
On the day of the event, the photobooth attendant came an hour before

Renting a photo booth from A casino event was one of the best wedding decisions we made! our guests had 4 hours of hilarious fun in the photo booth and we got to keep an additional copy of everyone's photos. Ian was in charge of set up and running the booth and he was a pleasure to work with! thank you Ian! Wendy was also a big help and answered all my questions. Ian drove all the way to Boulder Creek for my wedding at Camp Campbell and was early to boot. Thanks for giving our guests a great experience!

We rented a photobooth from A Casino Event for our wedding a few weeks ago. The customer service we received from this company was impeccable, and the photobooth was one of the best parts of our wedding.
The photobooth was set up ahead of schedule and the on-site service we received was great. All of our guests, young or old, had a blast taking photos with the wide array of fun props provided. The quality of photos was wonderful and each guest received two photo strips of their photos as a keepsake. We also received a DVD of all the photos, which we had so much fun going through after the wedding
