Services
As a career change in 2007, I started my printing company in Watauga on Rufe Snow. After serving as an Executive Pastor for 10 years, I had no idea what I was doing and lacked any experience in the field. My wife and I wanted to home school our 4 children and doing that on a ministerial salary was next to impossible.
From popup online print stores to big-name printing giants, getting a print job done right can be hard sometimes. Not to mention expensive! We know how confusing the process can be and that's why we love taking care of our customers. We offer quality print products, affordable prices, and hands-down the best customer service in town!

Can't speak for customer service or quality of product, but can say one of their trucks almost ran us off Hwy 35 passing ON THE RIGHT. Then they cut off a semi to exit on Golden Triangle from the LEFT LANE, causing a second close call for us. Next time, probably don't endanger lives with the company name on the truck for all to see. But, based on other reviews seen here, probably falling on deaf ears.

Many, many thanks for the service and the price. We had placed and had received an order for yard signs. However, at the last moment, we realized one person's sign was missing. (our mistake!) I called Jon Paul's and explained our predicament. They had our last-minute sign ready in record time. Many, many thanks. We'll be back!

I tried to overlook the rude service I’ve had over the past few years, but this last event took the cake.
I was in the shop inquiring about ordering several hundred dollars worth of merchandise like T-shirts and ball caps. While I was there I mentioned also needing more printed materials for my business. We talked about the price difference when you order in large quantity, but I was making some pricing changes and did not want to order that many at the time. They told me they would order a smaller amount which I had to come back and get from the bin on a weekend after calling to see where it

My sons first birthday is coming up and I needed invitations printed off. I sadly, completely forgot about JP’s and went to staples. Staples couldn’t get the resolution right and said the woman who made my invitations, had incorrectly made the invites because the resolution and the info on the invites were blurry. After being there and dealing with awful attitudes for 30 minutes, I left. My father in law reminded me of JP’s, I walked in, the woman fixed the resolution, walked out within 5 minutes... with PERFECT and clear invitations! I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

As a small business owner myself, I certainly understand the woes of owning and operating a store and all of the stress and complications that come with the territory. That being said, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever faced with a local small business or any business owner for that matter. This place was rude to me, I had problems with their quality prints. They needed to change the ink in a machine and Jon told me it was the new paper, sorry bout that but I have over 25 years experience in the industry JON. Plus i did a run of 5,000 8.5 x 5.5 flyers on matte card stock paper and had to throw away the entire order, because they came back very dark and looked like crap. They over charged me. I just got the same quote on 5,000 on matte card stock 8.5 x 5.5 $350.00 Jon was 600.00 or something. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. POLITENESS GOES A LONG WAY, WHEN OWNING

I have used this print shop in the past and the service was decent. I recently went back to them and the customer service was terrible. There seems to be a lack of communication among workers and none of the staff I encountered was helpful. They seems to not care about customer service and maintaining business. Perhaps they are so busy they do not need any additional customers.

We love them!
We have been having Jon Paul's to do our printing for cards and Keller Embroidery (They're partners) has been doing the logos for our company shirts for years! They've always given a quality product, and this past Christmas they did our cards and I gave them the wrong measurements, but they re-made them without charging extra!
I highly recommend them!

Initially went to Staples to get some manual printed. I wasn't even acknowledged by a Staples' employee, which sent me to Yelp to find a close printer and viola!....Jon Paul's popped up.
I went over and handed him my thumb drive, he gave me a price and they were 600 pg manuals that were bound and ready for pick up the next morning. And cheaper than Staples.
Save your money & time, avoid Staples and just come here!!!

I am new to this area and wanted some business cards. Did I get business Cards? YES AND WOW! They were set up there, prof e-mailed in an efficient and timely basis. The design was spectacular and the cards are outstanding. And, of all things, done in a bright green and ready on St. Patrick's Day. Price was also very reasonable. Based on my experience with them, I would recommend them for any printing needs you might have.

I am training to be a Certified Flight Instructor, so when I needed to print off my CFI and CFII lesson plans, I needed a professional print shop to print off my binders in full color. Came in once and the service was just okay. It took well over 3 hours to print 700 pages. My HUGE disappointment comes from my last visit. I uploaded AND emailed them a big file that was very very important. I told them I needed it done within 5 days and they told me they would get it done. 5 days later I call and they haven't printed ANYTHING and to top it off they tell me they can't get it done for another day. I explained to Jon Paul how important this was and he couldn't have cared less. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The good news: They are Flexible to let you e-mail your documents so they can print them for you. They created binders for court transcripts that are pristine. They take short notice assignments and can print business cards if you only need about 30, in only a few minutes (especially if you have your sample with you).They will even save your documents you e-mail to them if you ask them to. They will let you use the restroom. Nice.
The Bad news: VERY pretty but SUPER slow young lady working in the office with the owner. They staple documents in the top RIGHT hand corner, then take about 10 minutes

Jon Paul's Print Shop is local to me and Jon Paul and his staff are very friendly. His prices, in comparison to Kinko's/Fed Ex, are very reasonable! He does quality work in both large order printing and individual copying or printing.
A huge bonus - He has a PC available in his shop for customers to use. When I went up there today to make a few quick copies, he did not even charge for computer use.
