A buyer's premium of 20% (23% for online bidding) of the final bid price up to and including $1,000,000, plus 15% of the final bid price over $1,000,000, will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the Buyer to Copley Fine Art Auctions, LLC as part of the purchase price.
We are always accepting consignments for our biannual sales. Our Sporting Sale continues the decades-old tradition of summer auctions in New England. The Winter Sale is held in Charleston, South Carolina, in conjunction with the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition. We are also accepting consignments for private sale.
After discussing your artwork with a specialist, Copley will send you a consignment agreement outlining the consignment terms, including our consignor commission rate and terms of sale. Our competitive commission rates are scaled based on the value of your items. After you have spoken to a specialist, items should be shipped to our office at 65 Sharp Street in Hingham, Massachusetts.
