Services
Here at Kids Rock! Pediatric Dentistry, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentist's office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Dr. Kitley is a board certified pediatric specialist who loves his work! He grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan and attended Michigan State and Brigham Young University, graduating with a degree in Italian. He received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh followed by a two year specialty residency at one of the best pediatric hospitals in the country, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
A child's first dentist appointment should be within six months of the first tooth's arrival or when a child turns 1. Since even the youngest children can get decay, it is important to visit the dentist regularly. You might be thinking "How is my 1 year old going to sit still for the dentist?" During these early visits we aren't expecting toddlers to sit in the dental chair.
At Kids Rock! Pediatric Dentistry, your children's smiles are important to us! We keep kids happy and healthy by focusing on providing exceptional service to promote bigger, brighter smiles. Our goal is to provide a pleasant and positive experience for both you and your children while focusing on your specific needs.
Dental benefit plans are a great way to lower your out-of-pocket costs when getting needed dental care for your children. Plans vary widely in the procedures they cover and in how much benefit they provide. Deductibles, plan limits, and percentage of fees covered can be difficult to understand. We are happy to help!

I've never had an experience with a more kind and professional doctor in my life. I'm in awe. I have a special needs child and dread any time we have to visit a medical professional. My daughter is not easy to deal with. Dr. Kitley was extremely kind and reassuring when interacting with her. He took time to talk about the instruments he was going to use and it was easy to tell he's not playing a part, he's just that nice. My child must have been the worst patient he's ever had, but this doctor didn't even bat an eyelash. He even asked me if I was okay after the exam

Just had my son's first appointment here and I couldn't have left more impressed! Nothing but good to say about the office, doctor and staff.
Dr. Kitley was AMAZING with my son. So interactive and let him look at everything.
The office staff are all friendly as well - I was able to get in the same day I called.
The office is super fun for kids with the Dino decor and guitars.

I took my 15 month old for his first visit. Dr.Kitley came in introduced himself, told us what to expect from the visit and the 4 topics we would discuss. This put my anxieties at ease right away. He made sure my son was comfortable and got him laughing a lot. He seems very genuine and we will continue seeing him. In case anyone needs to know...Dr. Kitley speaks Spanish

Dr Kitley at Kids Rock Pediatric Denistry is the most incredible dentist (maybe person) in the whole world.

My grandmother met him and compared him to Atticus Finch (To Kill a Mockingbird) What?! She said that she could see there being a dental award named after Dr Kitley. I agree. He sets a completely new bar.

My daughter (3) went from a terrible traumatizing experience elsewhere and now she LOVES the dentist. And she had work done!! She asks to go there at least once a week. The staff is incredible. The beautiful office is beyond what you can even imagine. Dinosaur themed everything. Quiet

We switched to Kids Rock! and had our first appointment today. Everything was wonderful! My dinosaur loving 4 year old LOVED the waiting room with all the books and dinosaur table. Dr. Kitley was amazing. He took extra time to explain everything to my son before he started the exam including counting the teeth on his toy dinosaur to make him feel more comfortable. He was thorough and gave lots of tips before leaving. Everyone was warm and friendly from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. So happy we made the switch! I would highly recommend Kids Rock! Pediatric Dentistry.

My infant daughter needed her tongue and lip ties revised, and the lactation consultant I saw recommended Dr. Kitley.

It was easy to make an appointment, and Dr. Kitley confirmed the IBCLC's diagnosis. We discussed how breastfeeding has been going and symptoms that were present/impacting breastfeeding. He explained the procedure and after care very thoroughly, and also provided the information on a sheet of paper that I took home with me.

It's been 2.5 weeks since the revisions. My daughter just had her follow-up and is healing well! Breastfeeding has improved and I hope it continues

I wish I could give Dr. Kitley 10 stars. He's amazing. Our 21mo had an accident and knocked out a molar (yes, a molar!) on a Friday night. He graciously opened his office at 10 PM that night and reset her tooth back in place and took X-rays. Prognosis was not good, but we've had three check-up appointments since the accident and a year later her tooth is just fine. Had she lost the tooth, it would have messed up the alignment of her incoming teeth. He legit saved us thousands of dollars in corrective dental/orthodontic work.

I now take both my kids to Dr. Kitley and he is wonderful with

Dr Kitley is fantastic. I have four kids and we have seen many dentists in the last 12 years, but this is the only one who has explained the importance of dental hygiene to my kids in a way that they appreciate and understand. He connects with children in a very natural way and seems very honest. I'm a doctor myself and I'm very picky about my medical care, but I really love this practice and will be definitely bringing my kids back.

I was nervous to take my 1-month old baby in for a needed procedure. The Dr. and staff were so kind and helpful. We got my baby in and out quickly without much of a problem. Scheduling was easy and the cost is effective.

My son is just scared of anything Doctor related. Since he is starting Kindergarten in the fall we needed to take him to the Dentist. Dr. Kitley did an amazing job. He is super patient and took his time to explain everything to my son. Dr. Kitley made it extremely comfortable for my son by making him think the chair moved by my son's command. He explained the proper way to brush his teeth and even gave him a goody bag when he left. I was so impressed by his professionalism and the time he took with my son. We have already set up my 2 year old to come and get his teeth examined. I highly

Today I bought in my 3 year old and my 1 year old for their first dental checkups. I knew it was definitely time to bring my 3 year old, but I put it off for so long because he has sensory issues. I also recently noticed that my 1 year old has a lip tie, so I wanted to definitely have that looked at as well.

I learned of Dr. Kitley from a lip tie support group and he came highly recommended. I had researched several other pediatric dentists that specialize in lip and tongue tie revisions, and they charged $200 just to have a consultation! Dr. Kitley does not charge for a consultation and charges
