Your body works because your brain communicates to your body through your spinal cord and out through nerve roots. EVERY nerve going to EVERY organ comes off of your spinal cord. Those nerves pass through very small openings at each spinal joint. If there is a bone out of place, this can affect the nerve going to or from any organ in your body.

I was having back and hip pain for months to the point where I couldn't bend down to pick up anything off of the floor or even to put my shoes on while sitting. I searched high and low for a chiropractor who could relieve my pain through non-forceful adjustments. I found Dr. Bomgaars while doing an online search and set up an initial appointment. She spent an hour with me discussing all of my aches and pains and she immediately went to work using her hands to feel where my bones were out of alignment. I walked out of there with zero pain. As an athlete, Dr. Bomgaars has a lot of personal experience

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Dr. Bomgaars. I've been seeing her for a little over a year now. I had a muscle spasm in my neck and had been through doctor after doctor, therapy after therapy, and I was still in chronic pain. Dr. Bomgaars brought both immediate treatment and long term lifestyle strategies that have significantly helped. I always notice a tangible, positive difference in the way I feel when I leave compared to when I arrived at her office. Equally important in a doctor, she's a very good listener and actively works with me, rather than talking
