New England boasts some of the most beautiful scenery in the nation. From rolling green hills to golden leaves to snowy covered mountain caps, New England can truly bring you four seasons of wonderment. These seasons, while beautiful, can prove tricky when attempting to grow many grape varietals. From the harsh winter temperatures to the hot humid summers the New England region can only grow the strongest and toughest grapes.

The Summit Winery has an acre under vine and locally sourced handpicked grapes so each customer can have a taste of New England's viticulture. The Summit Winery sources grapes from all over the world to bring you the varietals you know and love. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Red Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon are just a few to start.
Services
The Summit Winery sits on 80 acres in the town of Westmoreland, NH which is located just five (5) miles outside of Keene, NH. John Chamberlain later joined the continental army and fought at the battle of Valley Forge. He did survive the harsh winter of 1777 and returned to Westmoreland and resumed farming.
Offers a medium-bodied wine with light flavors of plum and dark cherries and a hint of cocoa. Marquette grows well in the New Hampshire climate and makes a very palate pleasing wine. With a deep ruby hue that paints the glass, along with hints of plumped tart cherries, hints of leather, and light tannins, makes this a nicely balanced wine.
The Summit Winery wine is available at the following co-ops, wine and beer stores, wine outlets, and restaurants!. Looking for our wine at your local restaurant or specialty grocery store, but cannot find it?. Suggest they carry our wine. We would be happy to contact them to see if they would like to be one of our valued retail outlets.

A nice place to visit. We weren't the biggest fans of the wine offerings although we did bring home a Shiraz. Wines are very subjective so if you're a wine drinker stop in and make up your own mind.

Great wine. Very good dry wines, which I like, but plenty of sweeter options for someone with different tastes than I have. Not too expensive, and you get a free wine tasting when you buy a bottle, which is a great perk.

Wine is simply okay - it is certainly not on par with most other NH wineries. Outdoor seating area is nice and the people were friendly. This is a "once and done" winery.

We're so thankful that we found Summit Winery for our large group to visit on a rainy day. Owners, Judy & Darren were speedy to set us up for an outdoor tented tasting with comfortable chairs and tables. They're so friendly and accommodated to our loudness and excitement. We HIGHLY recommend you check out their winery as they're super hospitable and their wines are pretty tasty with fair pricing. We will definitely return if we're in the area.

Very nice building, great view on to the mountains. They blend their grapes and grapes from California. Free tastings on Saturday, looked like about a dozen choices. We tried tried two of them, and liked the Reisling.
