Alex did me one amazing job! I called for a quote and after realizing they were a little higher than I expected. I spoke with Alex about why and he told me, he can still check to see if he had any room for my Audi A5 on one of his trucks that had a cancelled pick up, I told him okay and still shopped around, and about 20 minutes later, Alex gave me a call saying he had a spot for pick up next day, and at this point I just wanted the vehicle gone, so I accepted and proceeded with the order. My vehicle finally arrived and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

Big thanks to Tomas! my schedule was tight and Thanksgiving was coming up so I wasn't able to find a company that will transport a 2017 Chevt Traverse from Baltimore to Memphis. Tomas helped me out big time, he had the driver and the pick up time set in an hour! The whole process was pretty quick. Strongly recommend.

Laura booked with a trucker who got my car to Los Angeles quickly and in good shape, which was the most important thing. The car was picked up and dropped off from my provided addresses and I feel it was picked up within a good time frame but the delivery was a bit late. The car arrived dirty. But apart from these minor flaws overall it was a good experience so the 4 stars.

So I contacted Baltimore Car Transport at the beginning of July on behalf of my uncle whose family was moving to California and had to find a way to get the families 2 cars there. My uncle isn't the most computer saavy person in the world so I told him I would look up a car shipping company for them which is where I found Baltimore Car Transport. I looked at a couple of different review places and the company checked out pretty good on Yelp and other places. I did notice a few reviews said there were some issues with changes in prices. I tried calling this company to book transport -- since they are a "local business" for me living in Baltimore. The man who answered took down my details and sent me the invoice -- but it was from some company called "Global Auto Transportation" in LOS ANGELES. I feel duped, particularly since I specifically told him on the phone I was going with them because they are BALTIMORE-based. Can't trust a company that misrepresents itself.

They helped me out in an emergency last week when another shipping company could never confirm a pickup the day before we were moving out of state. They got me scheduled super-fast. They also stuck with the agreed 4-6 day window (arrived on the 5th day). My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more advance notice on drop off time to help plan for scheduling.
