Very rude staff. i called for service and at first i was hung up on after i asked for service in a matter of 3 seconds. Then i proceeded to call again and the women answering the phones lied and told me she couldn't hear me and to stop calling. i have never been treat so poorly on a phone call. she called me foul language and i was not treat well at all. This is very unprofessional to treat potential customer. Something needs to be done about staff behavior. i would not recommend to business with a management company this unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Minskoff Grant has made everything easy. They have been very understanding during bad times. They are pleasant to talk to and deal with, I could not ask for more. Anything I have ever asked for I have gotten. All my interaction with them including maintenance has been very pleasant, it has all been a very good experience.
