Aztec Paving first opened it's doors in 1970 as a family owned and operated business and still is today, with our 4th generation being actively involved in the day to day operations of our company. Throughout all of the years we have been in business, the only things that have changed are our equipment.
Everything else, including our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction have not changed since 1970. We are an honest paving contractor. We quote what needs to be repaired so that you can have a greater asphalt surface for a longer period of time. When we give you a start and end date we mean it, we take great pride in showing up on time and completing the work as scheduled.

We are a full service asphalt paving company that serves all aspects of the industry from grading and paving to sealing and pavement marking. Aztec Paving Inc. incorporated in 1970. We specialize in asphalt and concrete construction and repair for both commercial and residential properties. Our motto is we arrive on the job when we said we would and we are completed when we told you we would be.

Terrible customer service. My HOA hired this company to repave our driveways and parking spaces. I reported on Monday that I believed they had damaged my garage door and wall outside on Monday with black marks. They didn't reply until Friday and denied any responsibility. They didn't even have anyone come look at my house and the damage. Instead they just showed pictures I sent of the damage to their workers, and of course all the workers denied doing it and didn't remember my house. All the houses look the same, so why would they remember my house? Our HOA probably just went with

I posted on here before about Aztec and I just wanted to post again about the amazing job they have done again for me and my street. We had our private street ripped out and replaced a few years back. We scheduled to have the street resealed to give it back the fresh black look we all like, just regular maintenance, for our street. The estimator that came out was a very professional young man with a large beard. He was there for us from start to finish. The week of our original scheduled maintenance it was raining, but they more than made up for it by being apologetic of things out of their control

Aztec paving was AMAZING! They handled my private street very professionally and competently. The saying is true you get what you pay for!! To anyone looking for an asphalt company this is the best company. They are a small family owned business that has customer service as their priority, they always showed up early and got the job done quick and right. The entire street was dug up and replaced and is a dream to drive on. The sand is never swept up by ANY company unless you pay an extra fee!

They marked ALL the areas for repair that were discussed in the bid. They posted signs well before the job date to forewarn of the upcoming road closure. They had all electric/cable/gas lines marked. They arrived @7:00 am as promised and got the entire job done by 3:00 pm two days later as promised. To meet this deadline AND with rains foretasted, they worked from 7:00 am til sunset.

What an awful experience and I worked for a paving company so I know. They paved the roads in our neighborhood two months ago, they told a contractor he could drive on the fresh macadam! Trucks were lined down the street, storms moving in and sure enough they did it anyway and it did not cure enough because it was too cold when the put it down and it rained on it right away and there were tire ruts down the middle of our street. They came back a few days later and patched it up, yes they patched a brand new job. Then a week later they spread sand on all the cul-de-sacs "for a few weeks". They have

Aztec resurfaced and striped a commercial parking lot for me in Chula Vista. They handled everything which is especially good since I live about 800 miles away! They did a great job, communicated well with me and my tenants and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again!
