Used this company earlier this year after being recommended from a Columbia Gas home energy audit. The staff was very friendly and the owner was knowledgeable, however the installers left a huge mess and some area's were missed. But worst of all, over the summer and now it's getting cooler again, I have noticed no difference in my home retaining heat or a/c since the work was completed. Very disappointing 😕

Was referred through an AEP energy audit as Energy Tech is one of their preferred and "well reviewed" contractors. Unfortunately, the work never progressed past the estimate.
Communication issues with the main office abounded starting with scheduling the estimate. Once I was finally able to schedule, the estimator was unable to wrap his head around a request for two separate estimates: one for attic work and one for basement work--he twice had to redo the estimates and they still weren't done correctly. This is the second time (in two different houses) that we have used Energy Tech for insulation and associated work. Both times the estimate was thorough and professional, the installers were on time, courteous, and competent, and the lady at the office was helpful. Prices were quite reasonable considering the amount of work done. Everyone involved was easy to work with and answered all sorts of questions nicely. Definitely recommended!
