Cunningham Funeral Home, was established in Achille of 1995 and was in operation 10 years before relocating to Colbert in 2005. Family Owned and operated by Carl Cunningham. Carl is a Ft. Worth, Texas native and a 1974 graduate of Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science and is a dually licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for the State of Oklahoma and Texas.
Cunningham started working for Ft. Worth Funeral Homes at age 13 answering phones after school before becoming an ambulance driver for the funeral homes. In December of 1989 the Cunninghams moved to Bryan County, Oklahoma. Carl is dedicated to serving and caring for Bryan County families as well as other surrounding counties 24hrs a day 365 days a year.
