Williamson Wellness Center is a private fitness studio for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Our trainers specialize in post-rehabilitation training for individuals recovering from injury and illness, those experiencing musculo-skeletal (orthopedic) injury and illness, neurological conditions (including Parkinson's disease), lower back pain and sciatica.
Upon entry to Williamson Wellness Center, your medical history will be reviewed and a basic fitness assessment will be performed. A medical release from your health care provider may be required in certain situations. Individual (private) and small group training is offered. There are no memberships.

Services
The initial visit to the Center is a movement based assessment. During this visit, we address your musculo-skeletal imbalances, strength imbalances, gait, flexibility concerns, and specific exercise movement patterns. After the assessment, we design and teach an individualized routine built upon the assessment result and personal goals.
What Dr. Williamson and her staff brings to you is more than just expertise in training techniques and experience in fitness program design. They bring you a competitive design. Referred by and working with Physical Therapist. Working with Dr. Williamson and her staff will help you gain valuable insights into the science of fitness.
As a former CNA, she brings a unique experience to the client. She has developed exceptional skill sets which she utilizes to teach classes and private training sessions. Hannah has significantly impacted WWC and her professional growth is evident. Emilio completed his internship at Wesley Medical Center in Cardiac Rehabilitation which is a tremendous resource to WWC.
