I dropped my 21’ TRX off on Tues morning & picked it up Saturday afternoon to get ceramic coating and PPF (on the front bumper, front fenders, & hood). After picking it up I noticed several rock chips down the rocker panel, rear fender, & on the passenger side door. Someone had to have “gunned it” in the gravel parking lot or took it a field behind the shop or something. I know without a doubt the scratches/rock chips - in the paint - were not there when I dropped it off and they are not taking responsibility. This is a small town and word of mouth goes a long way. I am in utter disbelief
