I was born and raised in Millington TN, about 6hrs away from Sevierville. I attended the University of Memphis, and then Bethel University where I received my Masters. Upon Graduation I became a Principal for 15 plus years before making my transition into insurance.

My experience gained through running my office taught me how to provide premium protection for our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renter's insurance, life insurance, and financial services.I enjoy spending time outdoors in Sevierville and surrounding Sevier county.

Amazing staff and rapid customer service! I filed a claim when someone scratched my vehicle last week...in less that 20 minutes the claim was filed, the shop picked out and appointment scheduled, and a rental car prepared. They take the time to make sure you understand everything throughout the process. I am so happy with Ronnie's office and would recommend them to anyone!
