So the RV a 23 Sonic was clean but the mattress on the main (queen fold down) bed was about 2" inches thick . . it was like sleeping on a blanket. We were scheduled to be on our trip for three nights but after two nights we left and came home a night early . . my husband and I both had sore hips and our bottoms were so sore we could hardly walk. I don't think we would rent again. . not sure how you could sleep on this type of "mattress". It made for a very unpleasant trip.

We are renting the Sonic 22 ft. Trailer. Perfect for our Mormon Pioneer Trail we are taking. Lite, yet roomy and comfortable. Easy to setup and hitchup. Our own covered wagon for the trip. The staff did a great job of having the trailer ready for us. They reviewed us on setup and care. Trailer was clean and in no time at all, we were off on our trip.

The RVs are not safe and are not been fully tested for safety and operation. We had so many problems with our RV, Contacted the owner during our trip told him our issues, up on the return showed him the unsafe conditions, but he made no effort to make it good in our end. Very disappointed , Avoid renting from this vendor.

This RV was a pile of junk tires were bald. We blew a tire before we even got out of Salt Lake City. The remaining 3 tires are bald. The water pump worked when it wanted to, the air conditioner did not work, the heater barely worked, a light fixture above the table fell. Tried calling multiple times to no answer. Really wish I would have gone somewhere else.

We have rented trailers from Utah RV Rentals for more than ten years. They have always been fair and made our camping experiences far more enjoyable. Our current favorite for our large family are the hybrid trailers. It feels more like tent camping (on the beds) but with the convenience of a travel trailer. Great family owned business!

Worst rental experience from A to Z.
I spent nearly two hours trying to check out out a tent trailer. They had to fix a number of issues I pointed out while I was walking through the trailer with them. The trailer hadn't been cleaned, didn't have any keys, and they don't provide any equipment in case you get a flat. They never verified power worked though the battery while I was there. I took the trailer directly from them to the campsite and had zero power. Good thing I took my own generator to run the heater at night, otherwise my kids would have been freezing.

Worst place to rent from ever! They don't care about customers, just the $$$. They will nickel and dine you for every little thing. When I picked up my trailer it wasn't cleaned at all. One of the gray tanks was completely full adding hundreds of pounds to the trailer as well as the black tank half full. Made pulling the trailer a nightmare as it threw it off balance. All I got was a, "sorry it wasn't cleaned or ready for you." Then when I get to our campground the sewer hose was full of holes spilling the disgusting and toxic waste and water all over the ground. Decided to try something new and take the annual Thanksgiving family trip to Las Vegas in an RV. Since I had never rented an RV I asked the company representative to guide me in the right direction on a rental for a family of 6.
When I arrived to pickup, the RV only had 4 seat belts. (Their website layout clearly shows 6 seat belts) Since I was traveling with 3 adults and 3 children, this was not only a unsafe option but an illegal one. Asked if I could upgrade to a bigger unit with additional seat belts, told they had inventory but this wasn't an option because it takes 24 hours to insure

I have never posted a negative review before but am compelled to do so due to the lack of professionalism of this company. We were told that in order to retrieve our reservation, we had to be here by 10 a.m. We arrived at 9:45 a.m. signed our paperwork, paid and we told it would be a few minuties. We have been waiting almost an hour and the vehicle is still not ready. While waiting we witnessed two employees complaining about their coworkers in front of us. We went outside to see if we could hurry the staff and Were just told the batteries were not properly charged and will need to continue to

We had a great experience with Utah RV Rentals. Super nice people and a small, family-owned company. The RV we rented was high quality and clearly well maintained, not like the chintzy cruiseamerica ones that you see driving all over the place. They are a bit more expensive than some of the discount rental companies but worth having a good rig. Coming from someone that had never even driven an RV before, it all went really smoothly and we had a great vacation exploring the national parks. My only suggestion would be that they provide a printed-out cheat-sheet on how to operate some of the features
