We pride ourselves on providing a safe community that is fully fenced in with electric gate access, and classified as a gated community. We provide many excellent amenities for our residents, and all of our RV sites come equipped with either the option of 30 or 50 amp hookups with an additional 110 volt plug for additional needs, which make hooking up your RV easy and convenient.
We provide free wi-fi for our RV residents, and we have several amenities on-site including a modern commercial laundromat, a clubhouse, a Texas Room for cooking and events, overflow parking, workout room and a dog park. Clean Living RV Park is located near downtown Fort Worth. Our RV park has is over 10 acres, which makes living in peaceful proximity to neighbors a breeze. We understand the importance of safety for our residents, and therefore, the entire community is fenced in, and is only accessible through electric gate access.
Clean Living RV Park understands that our residents enjoy being close to home, and many of them enjoy relaxing on the premises, without the hassle of having to go to town. Therefore, we provide many amenities to make life with us more convenient and comfortable. For instance, all of our sites provide the option for a 30 or 50 amp hookup for convenience, and we provide free wi-fi for our residents to utilize inside of their RVs.
Clean Living RV Park is located less than 30 minutes away from downtown Fort Worth in Azle, Texas, but Fort Worth is not the only place or attraction that we are near. For those that enjoy the outdoors, we are located 7 minutes away from Eagle Mountain Lake, where you can enjoy different lake activities like fishing, boating, water skiing, and much more without having to venture far away.

I would suggest that all persons considering this park drive through before staying. The website does not accurately reflect its condition. The website says they have 2 gates but one does not open; the dog parks are big, but when we were there the gate at one was broken, and the other had a hole underneath it. A lot of long term renters who pile junk outside their units because they have no where else to store it. When we tried to contact management they took weeks to respond despite multiple phone calls and emails.

Park is clean and has 2 fenced dog parks which are fabulous. The washers and dryers are commercial size and a reasonable price compared to a laundry mart. It's located about 10 minutes out of Azle where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, major drug stores and gas which is a plus. The manager is responsive however we still had big problems. The first is initial communication. We were texted the gate code but when we got there it didnt work. A resident helped us get in the gate. And a diffferent resident told us where the dog parks were. Mangagement had no check in procedure. There are

We attended a wedding at A&M Gardens. Needed a RV park to stay for 4 days. We are so pleased that we selected Clean Living RV park!!!
Even though there are quite a few full timers, the park is very clean. The spaces are a great size and level. Lance was great to work with!!

The most amazing customer service of any park we have been to.thanks to manager Ashley. The park is kept very clean. It has a major plus in that it has two large dog parks, most places you are lucky to have one. Towards the front the highway is very noisy. We also had as much free firewood as we wanted. We had relatives visit us while we were there for the month. They loved it too. Thanks Clean Living rv park. HAD A wonderful time. Eve Price

I have lived here for two years now and have nothing but good things to say about the place.
It is spotless, quiet, very well maintained and the other folks living here are nice and just friendly enough.
And it is safe. The gated entrance keeps out people who don't belong here, as does the background check the place runs. As proof the place is safe, I accidentally left my door open for thee days and other than finding someone else's cat in my RV, nothing was disturbed!
