Well, the good news is that in theory you can get to Manchester or Williamstown from here. Thanks to COVID, the system is temporarily free. However, the schedules are extremely restrictive and you're out of luck if you want to go somewhere after 4. The last bus didn't show up today so I walked 3mi in the pouring rain... The drivers can be really cranky or helpful, it's 50/50.

My boyfriend takes the bus to work everyday and there are of course different bus drivers some days but one of the bus drivers is extremely rude to him. The other one is nice though. But every time he waits at the bus stop, that one bus driver that is rude drive right past him. He gets there on time. But any other time the bus drivers are good.

Generally, the buses run on time(ish) and the drivers are nice. A couple tips though:
if you take it regularly go inside and buy a card. The punch cards are a good deal and will save you a little bit. A ride is only 50 cents but it can add up.
Many of the buses will run 5 minutes late or early. On the flip side, they'll often let you out or pick you up at request. Call in and they can help you. That's more for if you need a wheelchair or find it otherwise hard to walk. They can only do it at sidewalks and if it's reasonable so keep that in mind.
People need to get off before it's boarded so

Over all this place is very helpful to people. They have some very Unfriendly straight up mean employees, which have been reported by probably 100 people. And they still keep those employees who are down right rude! discribanation against the people who they are supposed to be helping! It's makes me sick that they would keep these people employed! People have called up state and Medicaid and NO ONE DOES NOTHING!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THAT HAPPENS

Friendly drivers, fair prices on fares & generally on time. However, the transit center lacks bathrooms & no discounts for seniors, the disabled or Medicare cardholders are available. Also, there is a serious lack of bus shelters at key stops like SVMC or CVS/Aldi's.
The addition of the GMCN bus system to Google Transit is a big help though.
