Our builder ordered brick in October for an interior wall in our game room. We were disappointed time after time when the dates we were given for the brick to be in were passed again and again. At one point they told our builder the product had been received and was in stock. Only to find when they arrived the brick wasn’t even there. We did finally receive the brick in February, (4 months after the order date) only to find it was the wrong brick. After our builder talked with Blackson brick returned the brick and getting a refund. We were then Informed that yes the brick was indeed the wrong
