We exist to care, protect, and restore beautiful smiles that help people face life with grace. Although an accomplished musician, Gloria Roberts chose to make dentistry and not music her "work". She graduated from the UMKC School of Dentistry twice - first as a member of the dental hygiene class and then as a dentist.
Dr. Roberts served as the original Clinical Director for Special Smiles Kansas, a component of the Special Olympics program, Healthy Athletes. Along with her husband Jeff, for over 40 years she has been dedicated to raising her children and treating people's dental needs. After working over 20 years in dentistry as a hygienist and then an associate, Dr. Roberts opened Grace Dental in 1998.

Most of Lynda's professional career has focused upon risk management for individuals and large and small businesses alike. Using her extensive experience, Lynda is happy to help our patients negotiate the complicated issues that many times arise with dental insurance. We and patients alike are delighted that she has joined our team.
The founder of Grace Dental over 20 years ago, Dr. Roberts has been the recipient of many awards, including being named a fellow from the Academy for Sports Dentistry and also Young Alumna of the Year from UMKC School of Dentistry. Dr. Sung started as an assistant for Dr. Roberts in 1999, which caused her love for dentistry to grow.

I love love love coming here! One of my clients recommended this place years ago. They do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome and safe. Their themed rooms make you feel very relaxed. They even have fun screens to read with facts while sitting in the chairs.
When it comes to your teeth…. They treat each tooth as if it’s their own baby! Gentle and caring! If you have any questions, comments or concerns they will answer and educate. They will work with your insurance as much as insurance companies will allow!

Probably the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time as the last place I went to was quite a traumatic experience. Dr. Naomi did an amazing job with my cleaning and Dr Roberts was so caring and charismatic and everyone there was so easy to talk to. Dentists usually make me highly anxious but I was so at ease here.

I live in Tennessee and travel to Kansas just to see Dr. Mina Sung and team. They always cater to my needs since I have high anxiety when I visit the dentist. The process from checking in is so welcoming and flawless, the hygiene is thorough and Dr. Sung is amazing at taking the time to listen to my concerns, she takes her time with my exam and explains everything. If you're looking for a dentist who you can trust call Grace Dental they are amazing!

Dr. Grace Roberts is top notch, but she is also a kind and caring human being. This really comes out in how the staff interacts with patients and each other. It is a very friendly, positive, and calm environment. Moreover, Grace Dental staff is also very knowledgeable and informative about dental hygiene, protocol, products and even diet! Dr. Roberts treats our entire family, and we all looks forward to our visits. She has a comforting bed-side manner and puts me at ease when I'm nervous.

I have been going to Grace Dental for over 2 years. They were so kind to schedule me right away to fix a broken filling, even though I was not currently a patient there. I went there because my mother was in a nearby hospital & it worked best for me to go there at the time. They made me feel at home, so I have gone back several times, even though I live an hour away. Dr. Gloria Roberts & staff are very kind & do quality work. I also love having the trivia questions on the screen to relax!

I've been going to Grace Dental since I was a teenager, and still choose them every time as an adult. It has been a pleasure to visit that office for cleanup/check ups. I'm just glad they're covered with my insurance!
The staff is cheerful, happy and do a great job. No one likes to take time off to go to the dentist, and I don't expect sitting through scrapping and polishing is anyone's best experience, but as far as experiences go, at least it's great to be as comfortable as possible! I would recommend it.

This group is about the up sell. We didn't want panoramic xrays done yearly. My kids (late teens) have perfect teeth, so no need for expensive panoramic xrays. But even after explaining my preferences they took them when my 17 year old went in without me and they had existing panos from the oral surgeon that were less than a year old. Shady. And they got ugly when I asked about it. I thought it was simply a mistake but realized at their reaction that it wasn't a mistake but they had been caught. Not professional, not likable, and questionable business ethics,

The staff is friendly and seem to be having fun doing what they're doing. The place uses modern technology. The trivia and educational program they have running in their rooms is unique and really entertaining. I had the opportunity to see both doctors and was impressed. They were knowledgeable and most importantly to me, they listened to my concerns. I can now chew again on both sides of my mouth without any discomfort or pain. Suffice it to say am a fan.

The receptionists and dental hygienists are nice enough, and even the dentist remembers to ask about how school is going, and if the students are giving me a hard time or not. I see Dr. Dallal twice a year, but he actually remember who I am. It's not a huge office, and everything is very personal. You can watch tv during your procedure if you want, since each chair has its own computer screen connected to tv.
