All of the employees and Mike, the owner have been the most prompt and diligent, and friendly people I have had out to my residence to complete each and every task I needed to have been done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing septic instalation or repair. They are very fair in which they charge and always there for you when their services are needed.

I woke up to a backed up sceptic system and was able to get a truck out same day to pump out the sceptic system. When we discovered the back up had led to a clog as well Mike's team was able to go back and grab the other truck and unclog the drain as well even though it was past 8pm. Incredible service and personable staff!

My septic drain field line froze on Sunday, my basement flooded with sewage... I needed help, and fast! I called and spoke to Robyn, she phoned her husband Matt, and they were to my house in 30 minutes. Identified the problem, rolled up their sleeves, unfroze my line and we were back in business. They were professional, empathetic, accurate and fast. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
PS - I called Hennes first because of reviews, and he just seemed burdened by my call, was like pulling teeth to see if he could get out there. I hung up on him for how rude he was. Not Robyn and Matt at Mike

I had some major issues at my grandparents with a leaking pipe and clogged drains and it was a disaster I didnt know what to do...so I called mikes septic and McKinley sewer, and Matt and Matt came right over to the rescue... They were beyond friendly and easy to work with. They were very clean and got the job done in a timely matter. I would recommend this company to anyone! Great job guy's!
