Billie at this office helped me with a complicated matter. My previous insurance agent retired and there was some confusion as to where my information was and an unfortunate lapse in my policy.
She was able to resolve the issue and actually listened to my concerns with empathy and spent time talking with me. This was my first customer service experience with this new office and agent, and because of it, I’d definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.

Billie Luedtke was beyond amazing and went above and beyond my expectations! I was in need of a homeowners quote ASAP for a new home purchase. My current insurance company told me it would be a 72 hour "call back." I called the Tom Kuhlmann agency and he worked with me right on the spot, over the phone and set the ball in motion.
