As many of you know, NWAS is not a public showroom. I talked to a lady on the phone who said she would give me a call back, I missed the call however in the voicemail I was told there was no need to call back and they would book the appointment. When I arrived I was told the lady I spoke to said she never heard back from me even though in the voicemail she said I didn't have to. We also spoke about the cost of the detail and she told me it wouldn't be much more than the listed price although I drive a bigger SUV.

Mostly very good reviews of this facility both here on Yelp and other platforms, so we decided to try to schedule a visit for car detailing. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone treated my spouse like a complete idiot. I get that the auto industry is one where talking down to women is still a problem, but it's still really disappointing when you actually see it happen. It's 2021, well past the point when everyone should be treated respectfully, especially if you expect them to give you money.

I spoke with Blake on the phone, and then exchanged a series of emails. His communication was prompt, thorough, and he was happy to explain to me all of the components in complete detail so that I could understand what I would be getting, and what to expect.
For unrelated reasons, I was not able to actually get any work from them, but I am now much more knowledgeable about the world of high end paint protection

Before I brought my car to NorthWest, it had a literal jungle of mold growing in it, and gallons of water sloshing around in the spare tire well. The team gave me an accurate and fair estimate for how much it would cost, and then delivered stellar results, precisely on time. After I arrived to pick the vehicle up, they walked me through every step of their process and helped me understand how to prevent the problem from recurring. They were patient, kind, and non-judgmental. They even treated the documents I had left in the glove compartment! I was 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them

Blake, Ben, Thomas, and the whole team are exceptional! First class service and expert detailing. I have had a few different cars here and it's always a fantastic experience. I had to get some custom vinyl work done to my car, so I wanted to “shop around” for similar local businesses. And although there were a couple shops that were under consideration. I ended up going with NorthWest Auto Salon, primarily because the other shops just seemed to lack the “Human Element”.
At NorthWest Auto, Ben made me feel completely at ease, and listened thoroughly as I detailed what it was that I had in mind. He was very transparent and I decided to give them a shot. And I couldn’t have been more pleased with the end result.

Wow, our Elantra GT looks better than new thanks to the professionals at NW Auto Salon! If you expect excellent service without any problems, then you should take your car to this shop for both interior and exterior detailing. Ben and crew are courteous and professional. These guys take a lot of pride in their work which is a rarity these days.

I may not have the most expensive car they've ever taken care of in terms of having a vehicle detailed here but I'm pretty sure it's definitely near one of the dirtiest. Needless to say, I have a tiny human who's three & I myself am prone to making messes. My chest catches more food than my mouth does and my dry cleaning bill would attest to that.
That all brings me to the level of professionalism, courtesy & attention to detail done at NWAS, there's not a shop that could do a better job at all that and then some.

Courteous ,professional, five star service. I had a serious spill in the trunk of my convertible. Ben gave me excellent service in exploring my options. He was responsive in making and returning phone calls. Communication between me and the other employees was first class. My car was returned to me well taken care of. These guys are absolutely amazing. I've had them do work on both my cars. Detailing and tint work and every time they have been awesome. They just did my wife's Ford Fusion which is a beautiful Deep Blue. When we bought it it had loads of swirls and light scratching because the previous owner felt that it was a good idea to go through paint Grinders. It now looks amazing, I will not trust my vehicle to go to anyone else.

Completely forgot to leave a review for a visit I had a little over a year ago. I had them install spectra photo sync tint all the way around, including front. Xpel clear bra and one of the mid-level detail packages. So far, no issues with the tint or clear bra and paint is still looking good to this day.
Because of the curvature of my front windshield, they had to attempt the tint install twice. The owner was completely honest with me and let me know he needed a little more time.

Great finish for tinted windows. They came highly recommended. However they could work on their customer service. The guy was a little abrupt.
Very satisfied with their work but I didn't care for the fact that they left stains along the sides of my car doors and seats. Thankfully these came off with a wet rag but I would have thought they'd cover my seats with plastic covers before they worked on my car.

Top quality detail all over Northwest. Brought my Tesla P85 and BMW X5 to get window tints, Blake the owner is very knowledgable and friendly. I even brought a brand new WRX STI to get it on the new car detail. Overall quality 5 stars

I recently had my parents CRV detailed for Christmas. The ONLY downside with NW Auto Salon was that I had to book the appointment two weeks out. Otherwise, I have NO complaints. They were honest and accurate with pricing, provided a loaner car as promised, and did a wonderful job with the car. It looks new and all they used for the interior was steam and water (we requested no chemicals). Even the carpet is fluffy again, and this car is 11 years old and had never been detailed before.
I would highly recommend this place.

These guys do amazing, top quality work. I had my Tesla Model S wrapped in XPEL Stealth paint protection film. The entire crew is very helpful, taking the time to walk through options and explain the process behind what they are doing. They are extremely detail oriented and take a lot of pride in the final product. Blake and his team went above and beyond working to source some specific materials to meet my expectations. I've been bringing my husband's car here for the last six months or so. It's close to one of my jobs, so it's easy for me to get to, plus they do a really great job!
The waiting room has free water, coffee or tea. It is clean with ample seating and free wi-fi or TV, if you're into that.
I like to peek through the window at what's happening in the rest of the shop while my car gets detailed. Blake (the owner) always has such cool cars in there!

A good Audi friend of mine referred me to NWAS over a year ago. I've now been to NWAS on 3 occasions and I'll keep coming back. They have the small shop touch with the quality one would expect from a top tier detailer.
I've taken in my 2013 Audi A6 in for a new car detail and when I swapped that out for a 2014 Audi S6 they did my new car detail, tint and full frontal XPel clear bra and I couldn't be happier.
