The entire experience with Meridian was great. We just bought our first house with natural gas, so we are still learning. We called Meridian because of a small gas leak near our water heater. The people who answered our calls were very nice and accommodating. They came out asap and took care of our concerns. Annie, the technician, was very professional, sharp as a tack, and clearly knew what she was doing. She took the time to answer my questions and educate me along the way. We are at ease knowing good quality plumbing professionals are only a call away.

I had a challenging shower repair that had little front access to address the broken valve assembly in the wall. Kyle was outstanding! After assessing the situation, he determined how he could replace the valve and fixture. He was efficient, careful, and thorough. As a long time DIYer, I prefer to conduct my own repairs because I have high standards. Kyle from Meridian Company provided outstanding service that even exceeded my expectations. Meridian was so fast and professional. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. It was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. They took great care to protect the house while moving the old and new water heaters. We got competitive quotes and Meridian was very fair. Extremely pleased with the responsiveness and knowledge of the man who worked with us, Ron Bergman Jr. He did a thorough evaluation at the beginning (including going into our tight attic and crawl space), worked with us on the pricing, and responded very quickly and thoroughly to our questions. Install crew was professional and courteous, cleaned up well, and finished ahead of schedule. Very pleased overall. Highly recommend!

This review is regarding the Meridian Company's Electrical Division, specifically two of your electricians: Jack Coryell and his pardner Tanner. They have been responsible for several projects in our home, upgrading and installing equipment to make our home more functional, comfortable and safe for us and our disabled daughter. The culture of honesty and quality workman(woman)ship never needs to be questioned.
