Very happy with our purchase! Mike and his employees were on it! We showed up and they had everything ready to go. Very thorough and showed us everything we needed. Best camper buying experience ever! We highly recommend.
Update 12/5/2021..Service after the sale is non-existent. Had a leak between the grey tank and the outlet and they have done nothing to help us fix it. They will bend over backwards to get your money/5 star review but will do NOTHING if you have an issue. Robert in service needs to find a new job that doesn’t include customer service. At least try to help. If you buy a camper

After a lengthy wait, my wife and purchased a travel trailer from Mike at Timberlake RV. Our order was placed in March. Over that time Mike was forthright with the delays the manufacturer faced. When delivery was made, Mike stuck to the original price we had agreed to months ago. No increase to the new pricing from the factory. To us, this speaks volumes to the integrity with Mike and his staff. Fantastic buying experience!

Robert took our call and reacted very quickly to our need. We were here from Ohio when our door entry lock broke on our class A. Unbelievably, Robert had the exact entry lock set needed to get ours replaced!! He even followed up after the sale to make sure it fixed our unit. We are traveling the US and made an appointment here to get some work done on our Revel, unfortunately, they were able to finish the work on our van, but they were able to get the process started for us with Winnebago. Good communication and friendly faces. Hard to find at a dealership if you don't buy your rig there.

Mike, the owner of Timberlake RV, is a kind, considerate, and knowledgeable man. He helped me out in a crisis with a malfunctioning ac in my Winnebago on my drive up from Florida.

Everyone of the guys at Timberlake RV were great and accommodating. We searched high and low during this COVID time for the RV that was a perfect fit for our family.
Mike was fantastic. The RV was ready for pickup at the time that was communicated. The RV was as described and the process was made easy.
We will be returning to Timberlake as customers. That should say quite a bit considering we live in New Jersey.
