We just received our order for our Scratch Off Lottery tickets and they look fantastic. It is something new we are trying at an Industry show we are doing in October. Zach was amazing and his Customer Service and overall follow up was fantastic. Just when I thought there was not another company other than our company that provided excellent Customer Service, Zach showed up to the party and he was incredible. Thank you for all of your help. Ok, it's like a Mickey Mouse shop run by a bunch of very inexperienced (people?) maybe? I don't know what to categorize these representatives as. I have talked with three different people, three different answers, zero help. If you want a DIY card. Go here. If you are looking for professionals who are organized, intelligent, and helpful, DO NOT USE SCRATCHOFF. I started an order and am ready to cancel due to the lack of customer service. It's a holiday and I am trying my hardest to refrain from calling them all kind of names right now.

Poor quality product (a number of cards in my batch that were completely messed up and company did not offer to replace or refund me for them), poor communication with customer service (did not indicate various scratch off card sorting options and took 12 days to solve customer service issues, only after multiple emails from me). I received a thank you card in the mail during the time of all these issues touting their quality products - which rubbed me the wrong way since I was waiting and waiting to hear back with a resolution. Finally, refunded me the shipping cost, which fell short of resolving
