If I could give a 0 star I would! We purchased an excavator online and a dig bucket that went with that excavator. Online, it said we won the bid on the bucket, however, 10 seconds later it went to an onsite bidder. We contacted proxibid ( the online auctioneer site) they confirmed that we had won the bid and then it went to an onsite bidder for the same price. I called 5 times to speak with someone at J stout. Spoke with the front desk, spoke to a sales person, emailed the manager. Nobody ever returned any correspondence and refused to acknowledge their discrepancy. This was not the biggest issue

I have purchased 3 different times at this place. Out of those three times, I have purchased on-line based upon the description provided.
Descriptions are NOT to be trusted AT ALL!. In fact they are completely inaccurate. Cords listed at 100 lf were 70 ft instead. A pallet jack that didn't work. A fan that was a DC motor and not an AC motor. I complained about the pallet jack and they asked if I attend the preview. I said "no, I was on-line" They just shrugged their shoulders and said "as is, where is". I was charged a fee to purchase thru internet yet I am bound by on

Drove 4 hours to check out the latest auction on 12-12-17 and drug a trailer along with us to haul back the winnings. When we got to the auction site, they told us they had no parking for anyone with a trailer! Wait, what? Been going to auctions for 20 years (first time with this company), never have we not been able to park with a trailer. Where am i going to store a trailer in Portland so I can check out the auction with only my pickup? To top it off, even if we did buy something we couldn't pick it up till the next day they tell us. WHY WAS THIS INFORMATION NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE! So

This auction house posts online. I purchased lots of pallet racking that were all stacked up. Online there was no indication or any bit of description that indicated those stacks were multiple lots and not just one. This was deceiving and unethical. I basically spent $7000 paying 4 times what the pallet racking was worth.
