So much worse than two years ago, have definitely gone down hill with service and staff. Have waited two weeks for any results and still can not get through to someone. While there I was instructed to wait in the waiting room for a quick blood draw, ended up waiting an hour before I decided to just leave. The reason I waited so long is because their new staff decided to go eat lunch with no warning. I then asked what was taking so long and apparently they forgot I needed my blood drawn as if there was NO communication. I have called and left ONE voicemail as instructed so it didn’t delay my “call

Went in today. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out new patient records. Completed those immediately, however when I went to return them the girl had walked away from the desk. Finally answered by another girl in the room and took my info. I waited approximately 5 minutes before I was called to the back. Girl back there took my information and stated the doctor would be right in. The doctor never showed up. I waited until it was 1 hour past my appointment time and then I got dressed and walked out. I HAVE NEVER walked out of a doctor's office before, but I was not going to sit there all afternoon

I’ve been to the Bluffton office twice in one week. The employees and Dr. Coley were wonderful. The office was comfortable and sparkling clean. Everyone made me feel very relaxed. Jason guided me through a service I had never been through before. He was friendly, cheerful and downright amazing. I would recommend both of Dr. Coley’s Bluffton practices to anyone. Thank you.

I have been to this practice since 2015 ish. Not sure on the exact date. I usually went to the HHI location. I was not into google reviews back then. I recently made an appointment to go to the Bluffton location. I read the reviews. I could not believe the horrible reviews that are on here. I was extremely nervous to go to my appointment.

Hands down worst experience at any doctors office yet. My appointment was at 10am but didn’t get seen until close to 11 because they needed to call my insurance. Which apparently takes 40 minutes 🤷🏻♀️ Just to find out that my insurance is not in their network but since I’ve already wasted an hour I decided to pay the out of pocket fee. Which was a mistake because it took another 30 minutes for the doctor to actually see me. Finally got out of there after 2 hours.

First time ever coming to this office and front staff was not very friendly. Appointment was at 1:25, didn’t get called back until after 2:40. Two other women in the waiting room rescheduled due to waiting so long. The nurse I had was very nice and professional. The doctor I had was very unprofessional. She came in and did not even introduce herself as the doctor. Just told me to place my feet up and was very rough during taking out my IUD. I had questions about post ops and as soon as she removed it, she was out the door and gone. Very unprofessional office. Would not recommend and never going

This is the worst clinic/business I have ever used! They have two offices, one on Hilton Head and one in Bluffton. They are both equally terrible. The one in Hilton Head we sat in a room for an hour past our appointment time without seeing anyone. Finally I walk back to the front desk to see what was going on. They told me “well the doctor had to go to the hospital and is running late” but no one came to tell us anything.
Next appointment, in Bluffton, we walk in and the first thing they say to us is “you don’t have an appointment”. We show them the appointment card, that they wrote
