These people were so nice at first then they decided to play God with my injured cat They were switching scripts and changing dosages When I finally called to address the issue all they did was talk over me and then telling me I wasn’t allowed back?? I mean REALLY???? They left my injured cat WITH NO PAIN MEDICATION when we had two refills left I wish I had never called them in the first place!!!

Our newborn daughter requires a compounded medication for her GERD. The entire situation was ridiculously challenging working with a local chain pharmacy our pediatrician recommended. Endless hours spent waiting on hold to try to get the meds right. Thank goodness they informed me 2 months later they were no longer compounding and referred me to Boothwyn Apothecary! So far (2 months in) the amazing people at Boothwyn have provided what I can only describe as legendary customer service. Each person I speak to goes above and beyond. I would like to say that the young lady who did the covid19 testing on January 29th at 2:20 was absolutely wonderful.
I had my 2 daughters with me ages 7 and 12 .
My daughters were very scared and she was so good with them.
Very professional and yet very understanding that they were children and did an excellent job.
I just wanted to thank her and let you all know that she is amazing .

Normally I have no problems with this place but when my husband went there to get a suboxone refill..mind you he is a hard working man who takes care of his family very well despite having a problem..EMILY had to start with accusations and assuming things instead of being a nice helping woman. People don't want to go to a pharmacy for help and have the deal with some judgmental accusing woman.

Staff was so kind and professional during the recent covid testing my employer required me to have completed due to my exposure to a coworker with a positive test result. They were much easier to schedule an appointment with than other large chain drugstores. Results came in the time line they promised. I was able to help other coworkers find this testing site and they too were pleased with how the testing process was handled. Thank you Boothwyn Pharmacy!

Boothwyn Apothecary is one of the few compounding pharmacies in this area. It was very convenient to use as opposed to going through the mail order route. We needed a compounding prescription filled for our dog. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, timely and accommodating. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for any of your personal prescriptions and any prescriptions for your pets. In closing, the pharmacist was just super in answering any of my questions and Boomer‘s questions.

One of our horses needed a compounded medication, and time was of the essence. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I spoke to at the pharmacy was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They were able to come up with a medication regimen (along with our vet) to best treat our horses medical problem. I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this pharmacy. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you, Boothwyn Apothecary! You guys are simply the best!
