Certified Freight Logistics was founded in 1928 as Arroyo Grande Truck Company in Arroyo Grande, California. Arroyo Grande Truck Company's small fleet of trucks specialized in transporting fresh fruits and vegetables to produce markets in Los Angeles and San Francisco, a service we still provide today.

We have been blessed with a legacy that focuses us on dedicated customer care, a passion for safety and always looking forward. Our success lies in our drivers, our employees and our management team.
We use Thermo King Precedent TRUs to pursue our commitment to clean air, fuel efficiency and precise temperature control. Our TRUs meet the strict Tier 4 emissions standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board (CARB).

To meet the exacting requirements of our customers, we use TracKing telematics to remotely monitor inside trailer temperature, TRU engine efficiency and operation and open door conditions on a real time basis - ensuring the cargo arrives in perfect condition. Our long history in fresh produce transportation sets us apart in the industry.

My hubby works for them. By far the best trucking company he has worked for yet. I might add he has worked for quite a few of them.

Interviewed with them for a recruiter position. Had a horrible interview experience with them. The hiring manager missed our first phone interview and inconvienced me to call her back later. I was required to take three hours of online assessments only to find out I was a back-up candidate. I did find out while interviewing they don't pay drivers anywhere near $70,000 as advertised. They pay less than most other companies and is why they have a hard time keeping drivers. Expect drivers to make around $50,000 a year.

Best Trucking Company I've ever worked for! Great pay .... great equipment .... people in the company actually care about their drivers, as opposed to all the companies that SAY they do .... and then show you that they could care less about you. Planning on retiring from this company!
