I help health conscious people, just like you, let go of soul-sucking strategies trying to maintain or change our bodies and finally feel relaxed around food and comfortable in our bodies. As a former eat this, not that nutrition coach and exercise professional, I too, used to struggle with "healthy" eating and my body image.

Our current approach to "good" nutrition - filled with rules about "good" and "bad" foods, left me feeling like I was a problem and my body was a problem. I felt like my body never "looked" good enough. I felt guilty for simply enjoying a burger with the bun. I blamed myself, my body.

I've spent most of my career studying and working in wellness as a fitness professional, holistic nutrition coach and massage therapist. Frustrated with the frustration from women who "did all the right things" but still weren't feeling good about their eating behaviors, their bodies, their whole selves, I looked for another way.

My non diet, weight neutral, Health At Every Size approach guides you to feel good in your body through "gentle nutrition." Diet culture has us focused on our physical appearance, duping us into believing that our health is defined by our size or shape. This is a distorted and simplistic idea of health ignoring its complexities.
