I love it here! my father has had insurance here since the 80's and they have always taken care of us. they put your needs before their wallets and thats exactly what this world needs right now! it's so rarely that an insurance company makes me feel comfortable and safe! personal shout out to Robyn! she was so sweet and had a 'lets get it done' attitude. 10/5 stars

This is by far the best State Farm, or any insurance experience that my husband and I have had in our many decades of insurance needs. From the receptionist who answers and immediately has your info at hand, to Jon, who is super knowledgeable and goes way above and beyond in how he provides you information, options, and most importantly solutions.
We've not had a glitch in any dealing with them and we are continually impressed, so I'm finally writing a long overdue yelp!

I have been meaning to write a review for a very long time.
We signed up through this office a couple of years ago after hunting around for a good insurance company when our two teenagers became licensed drivers.
From the beginning, Robyn has been absolutely amazing!!! I truly can not say enough good things about her and how much I appreciate all that she has done for our family since the day we began with State Farm.
Our oldest son was in Reno going to college and had an incident where his bumper was pulled off - and Robyn went out of her way to help me figure out what to do to help him

Kate Lowe came highly recommended by a business associate who has been one of their satisfied customers for 5 years. I'm very happy I decided to go with them. I have not been disappointed so far. Robyn, the associate from Kate Lowe's office who handles our account, is very helpful and super efficient. Being a new business owner and new to the area, I really needed a lot of guidance and support and they provided that whenever I needed it. They always respond promptly to questions and concerns no matter how big or small. For a business, it's such a big deal to have providers or vendors

Kate Lowe's office is the best in town! I always work with Robyn who takes care off everything quickly and thoroughly which is very comforting. It is hassle free and super convenient. Kate took care of me when I first moved to Vegas and she is awesome as well. Everyone in the office is willing to help whenever you need it.

Kate Lowe's office is awesome! They are always looking to save me money. I love when my renewal comes around and I get to see if my premiums have gone down at all.
Every time I have ever called, everyone has always been really helpful. I never hesitate if I need questions answered about my policy or just in general.
