I'm not a person to typically spend the time typing reviews but I believe this business deserves such.
I've been with them for approximately two years , and was going to go on my third but the lack of professionalism and unorganized behavior is a bit much to look over. The wait time even if you have an appointment is ridiculous, and the clerks can't read proper numerical data so your taxes end up getting deposited to someone else's account and you have to wait even longer. Definitely not how you run a business. Don't waste peoples time.

I have to say considering Miguel was as a refferal from one of my clients i am beyond sickened with there unprofessionalism . Miguel did my taxes incorrectly ( well his untrained staff) the year b4 last and charged a wopping 800$ plus for Corp taxes . So my dad a lawyer wanted to touch base with him b4 we came in and did my taxes for 2018. But Miguel instead ignored every email or call possible never replied to me or my dad taxes were not done and on top of that these dummies call me finally a few months Ago like r u ready to finish ur taxes. Like r they serious ? They r calling someone

I've been going to Miguel for 5 years now. Everyone is very professional and they get you in pretty quick. They're on top of everything including calling you to remind you about your tax appointment. They do get booked pretty quick so you might want to book ahead of time. Miguel always explains everything very well so I can understand all the number talk. He also gives you a few tips and pointers to make the most of your money, Not just for your tax return but just your finances in general.
