Don't even bother calling... He actually hang up on me!! I asked one question and their fee for that specific process. He gave me a vague answer and amount, then he said "it's not that simple, thanks for calling". Click.
It's best if you don't think outside the box and don't ask anything out of the ordinary, because it's not an easy money for them

I needed some last minute documentation for my dying father and let me say they not only helped me get all the documentation together but also orchestrated the entire process including getting the right people to the table in order to make it happen. I live out of state so this was a blessing and definitely made things less stressful. James Turner himself made sure that I was not left with unknowns where my father was concerned. Thank you.
