Our physicians are on staff at Amita Health-Saint Joseph Hospital, Chicago, which is affiliated with the University of Illinois, Chicago College of Medicine, as well as with Weiss Memorial Hospital and Kindred Lake Shore Hospital.

He is currently Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Section Chief of Geriatrics at Saint Joseph Hospital, Chicago. Dr. Khan has special interests in hypertension, diabetes, obesity, sexual dysfunction and osteoporosis. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital - the University of Chicago Hospital serving the North Side.
You'll find our offices near the lakefront in Lincoln Park / Lakeview in the AMITA Health Professional Office Building at the corner of Sheridan and Diversey. The #77 (Belmont) stops in front of St. Joseph Hospital (a short distance away). 90/94: exit at Diversey, then go east to Sheridan. Lake Shore Drive from north: exit at Belmont; turn left (south) on Sheridan; go 6 blocks to Diversey.
