Purchased a great deal from Groupon.
Set up 3 appointments and they cancelled on me 3 times. Three strikes and you're out.
When called to complain my frustration to Mark, He tells me I'm berating him. and he texted excuses each time as their equipment or the weather. Btw it's sunny out now here in FLORIDA. At this point, I said no need to discuss anymore with them not being open about their business.
Worked with amazing Groupon for money back. What a disappointment with unreliability.

I just had my 11 yo car detailed, including cleaning carpet and seats, by Mark and his father. Mark was respectful of the current COVID19 pandemic and wore a mask when social distancing with me. Setting the appointment and delivering the product was smooth with great communication. My car looks great! They did an excellent job with attention to detail both inside and outside the car. I would highly recommend their service! I am thankful I happened to see his truck and took down the number, posted on the side, as I had been thinking having my car washed at my home would be a safe way to accomplish
