I'm still in shock as I write this. My son had his first "adult" dentist visit here a couple months ago. They said he needed 10 fillings and had bad gingivitis. I was surprised because my son has never had dental issues and I take him regularly. They were very pushy for me to make an appointment to get this taken care of immediately. They quoted me $800 something.
I took him elsewhere to get a second opinion. Low and behold the new dentist said NOTHING was wrong and she doesn't need to any work on him! I couldn't believe it. After looking at their reviews, I'm not

I absolutely love these people. The whole staff go above and beyond in my opinion. The work I had done was spectacular. They call after procedures to check on you and to see if you have any questions.
I like that they give back to the community. This is genuinely a great group of people. They make you feel like family.

As a former patient of Dr. Prost at Fletcher Heights Dental Care I do NOT recommend this dental practice.
I'm a mother of 3 young children and after my husband died suddenly I was looking to establish my children as patients since I had been seen many times by Dr Prost and his staff. I couldn't not believe how the office manager handled herself upon my arrival for my children's scheduled appointment. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and aggressive. I felt berated and bullied. I was so uncomfortable with how she was speaking to me, especially in front of my children!

All the staff here are super nice. Start with your phone call when sweet JorDann answers and honestly cares for you. Dr. Prost is super friendly and wants to know all about you and he'll remember it too, so be careful what you tell him. :) They all do their best to make your stay in the chair comfortable. The hygienist is knowledgeable, the assistants are great especially with Dr. Prost's teasing and jokes. He keeps the atmosphere light and jovial. The prices were right where they should be with my Delta Dental plan. They explain the costs thoroughly and don't mind my detail questions

Dr. Prost and his staff are always very courteous and professional. I have got multiple procedures done here and never have any complaints on pain or discomfort It's always a good day when I go visit the dentist.
Even if I have to travel a little bit to get to him it's definitely worth it. They come highly recommended if you're looking for a dentist

I hadn't been to the dentist for many, many years owing to some bad experiences I had had as a child, but I had a cracked and infected tooth that I needed to address and I wanted somewhere close to home. From the initial phone call to the free consultation and all the way through the procedure itself my experience here was great. Better than great really. The staff are wonderful and patient and happy to explore all your options and the associated costs of everything with you so you can make the best decision. It says affordable but even with my gold leveled dental plan I felt a considerable portion of my paycheck disappear with each visit. It's a beautiful office and staffed with some of the friendliest and hardworking people I've ever met. Dr. Prost was very personable and quick to come up with a worthy topic of conversation. Dr. Prost and his staff have been amazing to me and my family. We love the extra attention given to us and always feel welcomed each visit. Our kids are always excited for their next visit which speaks volumes considering I hated visits to the dentist as a child. Iv been going to this office for a little over a year and have been very happy with their service and professionalism. Doctor Prost is friendly and professional, as well as all the staff. I love this place! They are so friendly and always remember my name. Dr. Prost even called me the night that I had a filling done to check up on me and see how I was doing. They are very thoughtful and do great quality work.
I also had Invisalign through Dr. Prost, and it was so quick and easy! They are helpful with financing options and had my teeth looking perfect by the time of my wedding in less than a year!

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
I started as a new patient at Fletcher Heights dental care about 4 months ago. I had been driving across town to my dentist and it was time to find someone closer to home. In that 4 months I have had my wisdom teeth pulled (put that off for way too long) and a intense cleaning (probably put that off for too long as well).
Appointments started right on schedule, the staff was informative, and friendly and the dentist was personable and professional.

My wife and I have been going to Fletcher Heights for over 3 years now. I was VERY surprised to read bad reviews on them. We LOVE this place! We have referred friends, and they too have had great experiences. I have had lots of work done by Dr. Prost from fillings to root canals to a full upper denture! The service was over the top friendly, which I now understand compensates for the doctors lack of a bedside manner. I was a referred by my partner, who also mentioned that he seemed to try too hard and had bad jokes, but he was extremely offensive and lacked a filter. He blatantly questioned my "partnership" stating that "it was not legal in this state and how did I swing it?". I originally came to Fletcher Heights Dental for a second opion - Dr. Prost was very understanding and handled my situation with care. I began my care with him and have not looked back!! Whenever friends ask me about a dentist, I have no hesitation telling them Fletcher Heights Dental. My children feel comfortable with everyone. I have been going here for about three years. The staff is very friendly and the dental hygienists are very good. They offer very high quality dental care and diagnostic/treatment options, and they show me digital photos of the problem teeth so that I can see exactly what they are seeing in my mouth. They will work with me on payments and allow me to split up the recommended treatments into smaller more cost-manageable procedures. My only complaint is that when I go in to get some of the work done that they have previously recommended and provided me an estimate for, my final bill always seems

I only went here bc the dentist was able to remove my non-impacted wisdom tooth the week I had off from work.
The tooth removal and after care came out fine. However the 4 fillings he proceeded to fill as well gave me problems for almost 2 month after.
I'm so disappointed with this place.
It's bad enough that I had to get my fillings done when they didn't need them (I went back to my old dentist and he said they weren't at that point yet) or even hurt yet, but add on top of that there's the constant up selling of proceeders, scare tactics, snooty admin that apparently

I'll start off by saying...get a second opinion. I went in with my husband a few months back. I wanted a cleaning. Instead of cleaning my teeth they just did an assessment. After the assessment they took me in an office to talk about financing. That should have been an indicator, I just wanted a teeth cleaning...I wasn't buying a car. They told me I needed so much work, insurance would only be covering a portion. I'd be paying out of pocket hundreds of dollars if I got everything done they recommended.
