I strongly recommend not to do business with this place. I'll start off by saying the young lady at the front desk is kind. However, she does represent the shop and their motivation to get the work complete and the lack of communication with the customer is extremely poor. I placed an order of over 30 shirts that were to be customized with a logo of the company I work for. I placed this order on 6 December 2016. I was told that I'd receive the shirts on 20 December 2016. I received no call or email notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. Instead, I call on 22 December 2016 and

Strike one. The first time I went to the office they were closed. There was a note on the door stating that they had special business hours that day. Nowhere on their website did it state this. Nor did they state that on their voice message.
Strike Two. I ordered a sweater from them with the number 04 on it. I could tell that they put 40 and pulled the graphic off and redid it. I could see residue from the numbers. It wasn't too noticeable so I kept the sweater. My fiance doesn't have an eye for detail so he won't notice.

I used Elite Prints for the first time yesterday and am very satisfied. They put my son's name on the back of a soccer jersey I provided. The price was fair, about what I would pay to buy letters and iron on. The quality of letters was much better than DIY though. I dropped off and picked up same day, earlier than was promised. I will definitely use them again.

'My first project was really nice and the turn around time was quick I ordered pencils and cups for my organization but I'm assuming I caught them at a good time because my later projects fell way below standards.
It took two weeks before I received a response to my email and the only reason I got a response was because I called several times! Salena is RUDE and should not be to face of this company ! Her attitude is the reason I chose not to return and take my business elsewhere.

I chose to try Elite prints initially, because they were a local company. I was having a custom Tshirt made for a convention I am attending. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional service. They responded to my design modifications and even helped me locate better photos. The shirt itself was finished quickly after my final approval and ended up coming in under the quoted price. I would definitely recommend them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First order I did I paid over $200 for shirts to be done by the next week and they kept extending and extending the day cuz they weren't working on them. I went in one day and they were playing games on their phone instead of getting my order done. The order finally got done. I gave them another chance and I needed 25 shirts made by a certain date. I paid $250 to get them made by noon on that date. I even came in the day before to make sure they weren't scamming me again. So I call at 12:30 the day they were due and they told me they'd be done by 2:00. My receipt said

I've been in the military for 9 years and to many different places, so the reviews are the first things that I look to before driving to an establishment. After seeing there score I decided to stop by. I needed a few shirts for work and had my own plan in mind. Once I got there they gave me information to get the best "bang for my buck", which in turn, saved me more money. The turn around time was almost unbelievable and the customer service was top notch. Definitely 5 star worthy.

Great service, clean shop, I came to elite prints to order new shirts for my IT firm and the overall process was wonderful. Fill out a quick sheet for my pricing which was very reasonable(I checked around). My order was completed several days earlier than my pick up date, and perfect! so I couldn't be happier.
