I've been painting houses in Northern Virginia for over 15 years. In response to the demand for more and more decorative finishes by my customers, I enrolled in a faux painting course at the Decorative Arts Center in St. Louis, Missouri in 2004. While there, I learned to perfect techniques that I had already been using, in addition to bolstering my portfolio with many new finishes.
I thoroughly enjoy the art of painting and take great pride that my work is on display daily in many houses in the Washington, DC area. I believe painting is the single most cost-effective way to transform the interior of a house. But why not take your house one step further and make it look amazing by adding a faux finish, stripes or a pattern to your walls?

Services
I am licensed to work in all of Virginia, but primarily service Northern Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties). For faux finishes, all clients are provided with at least one sample board of the finished product before any work is started. Jobs are priced on a per-room basis.

Alan was referred to me when I wanted to convert an interior bedroom door into a dutch door. He was just awesome, and I am so pleased with the result. In addition to doing quality work, he was very courteous about returning phone calls, confirmations, and being on time. And he was very tidy in his work and cleaning up after himself. Also stayed true to his original cost estimate! I appreciate it very much and will for sure call again when it is time to do some painting or other work!!!
