Services
Armed with a single truck and business cards, Peter Bosanic and Michael Kulka started PM Environmental in Lansing, Michigan in 1992. The two recent Michigan State University grads had been working as project managers at a small firm when they decided set out on their own. They began visiting small gas stations, explaining state incentives for Underground Storage Tank management and removal and offering their services.
PM supports a number of charities through volunteering our time, fundraising, or simply making a donation. One of our core values is "Dedication to Our Business Community: We don't just work in our communities, we belong to them." One of our traditions at PM Environmental is to give back to the communities in which we reside.

PM Environmental provides Environmental Transaction Screens (ETS) as an alternative approach to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). ETSs are a voluntary procedure intended to identify Potential Environmental Concerns (PECs) for commercial real estate.
They are meant to be a screening tool for those who wish to conduct limited environmental due diligence, and usually only recommended for low risk property types with available historical information.An ETS is often used as an alternative to Phase I Environment Site Assessments, which are a more extensive method of environmental due diligence.
