Just did business with Matt and his crew at Prime Lawn for the first time. I was very I’m pressed by the overall professionalism of Matt, who came to the initial consultation, and then supervised and participated in the extensive work that we had done on our irrigation system. They also took care of an additional, unexpected major issue that came up during the job as the result of another company’s shortcut. We have several other Landscaping projects that we will be doing at the house and will definitely be calling on Prime Lawn. Top notch!

These photos show our dog, Murphy, checking out the sealer applied by Jerry that gave the final touch to our beautiful Belgard Paver patio installed by Prime Lawn. The entire process from Matt's masterful design that connected different elevations to the skillful installation lead by Moises was seamless. We highly recommend Matt and the entire amazing crew at Prime Lawn. In addition to the fantastic patio installation, the team also did a hidden fountain pond, drainage, irrigation and tree work on this project. Our yard was certainly transformed into an oasis.

I have NEVER had a company be so disrespectful and unprofessional!!
Our end encounter with this company should be enough for no one to ever want to do business with them.
After what was already a bad experience this is really the icing on the cake. We received an invoice via email for $50 with no explanation. I called to discuss. A lady answered the phone (did not say her name). I introduced myself and proceeded to tell her why I called. She told me the invoice was for a cancelled appointment. We never had an appointment. She had tentatively set up an appointment that we never confirmed because

I have had Matt and his crew from PrimeLawn to my residence for projects on 3 separate occasions for different projects. The first time that I used them, several other companies were "too booked for several weeks" to get to me - PrimeLawn made time. They have always been prompt to start and finish the jobs and have always remained true to their original estimates. Many companies give you a quote, get started and then tell you there will be additional monies to complete the job correctly to which you have no choice since they are started on the job and your property is "under construction." Was calling around multiple places getting quotes for a needed drainage issue. Called this business and was told it would cost me $65 just to have someone come give me a quote....never heard of this and none of the other companies that have come to give me a quote have charged me. Why would I pay you for the chance to give you a job....? Took my business elsewhere.
