My computer was lethargic to the point of being unresponsive. I called Ken and he told me to bring it in. He called me and told me what the issues were and his recommendations. A few days later he called back and told me he wasn't satisfied and suggested an additional issue could be addressed. The computer runs better than new! Constant communication, honest, reliable and at a very fair price. It doesn't get better than that!
