With its unique ecosystem, the Island offers campers and guest premium full-hook up campsites, security gates, children's playground, laundry facilities, covered pavilions, brand new six lane boat ramps with ample parking, a bait/tackle store for all your fishing needs, and an 18 hole golf course. Torry Island Campground & Marina located in western Palm Beach County near Belle Glade on the southern shores of Lake Okeechobee.

A short walk to the other side of the dike. The Torry Island Campground has partnered with the Belle Glade Municipal Golf Club to bring you special rates as customers. There are no tee times. Play whenever you want! The Belle Glade Municipal Golf Club, located in Western Palm Beach County by Torry Island Campground at Lake Okeechobee, offers the fine golf, dining and social community This Club offers a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Corruption is rampant in this town, the man who runs the park Anthony was taking pictures of my daughter and when I tried to report this I was given the number to the mayors office, over 2 months no call back. Police said they couldn’t do anything. Very creepy. If you have children stay away.

Great times, except the grumpy constructions workers, but they stick them in the back outta the way.

Nice but you can only be there 5 to 6 mths then you have to move .so yeah that part is not too good. But it is a clean nice safe place. The spot there goes for full hookup is 540.00 @mth. But I'd stay there .love it.

We had a great time met a few new couples, had drinks with them. The weather was great the camp grounds are clean and well kept. Going back again for 4th of July weekend

The check in process was brutal, like ten pages. Other than that this place is a great campground and the staff is absolutely wonderful. We met some new friends, enjoyed walking around the nature trail and had a blast. (Beware the nature trail did have a cotton mouth venomous snake on it, that was outside the campground though)
