STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Our experience with Martin was nothing short of a nightmare. What was suppose to be a simple operation turned into 7! He kept on making mistake after mistake, and things are still not correct! He convinced my wife that she needed cheek implants which we were hesitant about because we didn't want them to be too big. He said of course they will not be big, they will barely be noticeable, trust me. We trusted him and he put THE LARGEST size available in her. Not to mention he didn't even do it correctly! The nose job I got done by Dr. Martin Stepanyan, on May 8th 2018, was the best thing that has happened to me. It changed my entire life. Before, I had a nose with a bump and my septum was deviated. It was pushing on the left wall of my nose and was slightly blocking airflow from that side. My nose overall was too over-projected from my face. It was not symmetrical nor proportional to my face. Dr. Stepanyan is the best doctor I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and a humble man. His office is full of so many medical awards , achievements , degrees , certificates that it looks like he ran out of walls. I have done multiple procedures with Dr. Stepanyan and they were all wonderful experiences, one of the best things about his office is that he can do surgeries right there which makes the experience so much better. The doctor is always busy but...when it's your turn he will NEVER rush you and he will give you all his time. The staff is also great

The two best desicions in my life so far (I'm 27)-
1. Moving from Israel to LA.
2. Getting my nose done with DR. Stephanyan.

Dr. Stepanyan and his staff by far the most educated wonderful companionate people I have yet to experience. From day one at my consultation I was extremely pleased had no more than a 3-5 min wait, doctor addressed all of my concerns he made me fell comfortable and in good hands! his staff Amazing!!!!!!!!!! went home so comfortable, I could not wait till surgery date! I regularly get my Juvederm and Botox treatments by Dr. Stepanyan and he is the only one I trust with my face. Great doctor and great work. I got a cosmetic procedure done about a year ago and he was very thorough and accommodating. Staff was excellent and very professional. I met Dr. Stepanyan as a patient about 18months ago. I had 2 unwanted moles, one behind my head and one next to my nostril. I had 4 wisdom teeth that had to come out and had severe sinus issues, post nasal drips, chronic headaches dizziness and constant sniffles which was really bothering my lifestyle and my work. Oh and I'm a Registered Nurse myself. Reason I came to Dr. Stepanyan for a consult was because I was rendered by a friend and then I did research and my reaction was wow.

I been wanting to write a review, finally have time to write it, I first saw an advertisement onTV and wrote down the number to go, first time I went to Dr. Stepanyan was in January 2014, he explained what he thinks it will look good and also recommended that I get my chin done, I got the amount how much he will charge me and left his office, for some reason I never got back to do my surgery, two years passed and one day I saw the advertisement again on tv and said why didn't I do my surgery I called right then and made an appointment went back end of April 2016, he did am exam again, explained

If I can give Dr. Stepanyan all the stars in the world.... He really made me feel comfortable before and after surgery. He removed my wisdom teeth and I was fine the same day, minor swelling. That's when we talked about Jaw surgery. I got double jaw surgery and my chin pushed back. I swelled up but I didn't have any bruising. Everyone reacts differently but I was extremely happy with my results and the way he took care of me.

I had my nose done twice with two different doctors, and from looking bad after the first time it looked worse, plus I couldn't breath. I consulted with two other doctors and neither of them were convincing for me to risk the third surgery. So I gave up on my nose for several years, and finally my friend, who had his nose done by Dr. Stepanyan 2 years ago convinced me to go to Dr. Stepanyan for a consultation. Dr. Stepanyan is the best, I developed an underbite in my adolescence, and never quite liked the way I looked, I had a very long face, and nose, with no cheek bones. After just talking with him, I felt so comfortable, and knew I was in good hands. He not only fixed my bite, but my nose, and gave me an upper lip, I am so happy with my results, and would recommend him to anyone.

Furthermore, the whole office is organized. I was given written, detailed instructions; I also received phone calls in the days leading up to my surgery, in case I had any further questions.
