Do not use this company if you expect calls back, emails returned or calls returned. I met the contractor at the property for a large job. When my client decided to have them do the job, I signed the bid and dated it and called Coastline for their email address. I emailed the contract to them. I then called 3 days later to follow up on a date for the job and how much the deposit on the job was. The girl told me she would call me back. No calls back. NO emaiis back. i reached out today and they said they did not get the emails or the contract and that isn't the way they accept contracts. Why wasn

One week after the job was completed I have two cracks that Coastline says is normal and they don't warranty insignificant cracks. Everything I said below is true. However, I feel after paying $14,000 for the job, there would be more concern for customer satisfaction. They won't get my next job. Customers are happy with final results more than the process.

Bill at Coastline Masonry is the best company I have ever worked with and I have worked with many other companies. Their work is second to none. They are the very best at cement, and doing special colors and design textures. He has a great team of workers that know what they are doing. We had a new paver stone driveway, elaborate brick hardscaping for our yard, misc. updating and cleaning of pre-existing hardscape and a new synthetic turf front yard all designed and executed by Coastline under Bill's watchful direction. It is gorgeous and the level of detail is amazing. Most important is that Coastline is easy to work with, responsive and very fair, not cheap, but very reasonable in their price. I cannot recommend them more highly. My neighbors are awestruck.
