Look no further! We purchased a vehicle from an estate sale and I don't think the inside was ever cleaned (coffee/tea/cola spills and food stains) nor did I believe the tan and cream upholstery would ever come clean, but thanks to Star Auto Wash & Detailing, it's very clean and smells fresh. Friendly, professional, affordable and right on time! Amazing service and highly recommend! The secured lot is an added bonus! Thank you to Steve and the detailing Team at Star Auto!

Got the most expensive package and the services I got was for the least expensive package! When I got in my car and pulled off I noticed they didn't do the dash turned around and he poorly wiped the dashboard then I get home and noticed they didn't touch my tires, when I called and talked to the manager he said it was because they were short staffed and people will not get what they pay for! Never again poor service rude manager 😒🙄😑 them people a never get a penny from me or my family

It's okay place to get your car cleaned and nice looking very quickly. Didn't get the inside cleaned as I wanted there was still dirt left in cup holder and some other places. They use some kind of cleaner on the mats which leaves your feet slippery for a little while. I am going to keep visiting this place because I think it's still a good deal. A quick place to get your car looking nicer.

I will just come right out and say it - THIS CAR WASH IS TERRIBLE. Point, blank, period.
My mom lives around the corner from this car wash and so I have frequented this location about 3-4 times just for a quick wash. They are not even good for that. I always leave unsatisfied.
And please, for the life of ME, don't get an in-and-out!!! If this place advertises that they clean your car in-and-out then that is what what they should do (other than that, don't advertise it). I do understand that this isn't a full detail but how on earth does my cup holder still have debris in it?

Crooks! Crooks and thieves! I went there (and I had my IPhone in the back seat ) and when I went to pick up the car, after the wash, it was gone. The employees swore they never saw it.
I then got a phone call that night that someone found my phone and would give it up for $200.
Great!
So I went to the owner and he said he would check the cameras. Yeah right!
I never paid the ransom for my phone. I come to find out that my neighbor lost his phone also at the car wash and someone called him also for a ransom.

Do not ever go there!

Thank I've given this place several chances and every time they provide dissatisfying service. Well the buck stops here. They charge way to much for a basic car wash. If you choose the lowest package to the highest you get the same crappy wash. I took my brand new car there (meaning there wasn't really anything to clean) paid 20 dollars so they could wipe the windows and dust console and wheel dressing . They ran my car through the wash and attempted to wipe windows. I had to tell them again I paid for tire dressing. Long story short go to the 3 dollar wash and clean out yourself so

Dropped off my van for a complete detail. Ive had other vehicles detailed before and they did a great job.... so when my van was ready I went to pick it up and someone hit my front bumper. I complained to the manager and he said he'll get back with me but i never heard from anyone after that.... I ended up having to fix my bumper which they damaged from my own pocket..... i'll never get my car washed or detailed there again and I advise no one to ever drop off their vehicles with them

Nope... won't be back here.. paid $21.00 for a ultimate wash including. Tires, air freshener..the works. Well, half a@@ dried the truck, "armor all grease" or something from their shoes all over my clean tan mats and most of all..truck was still dirty. Not filthy but not $21 dollar clean either.. oh..no air freshener either..haha! this is not a hand wash so $21.00 is already a stretch in my opinion.. I just expected better based on years in service and feedback. I wish them the best.

Best wash in the area. The fellas here really clean a vehicle properly, and can do detailing while you wait. If you have a Ford ID, you get 20% off any full service wash or above. My favorite cheap option is the Full Service Wash that gets both the inside and out very clean for 9.50 or 7.25 with a Ford ID. DEAL!
