Best dealership I've ever been to! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I worked with Aja and she was an outstanding saleswoman who made sure the van was clean and ready for me upon my arrival. It was a smooth and easy process and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and everyone inside of it. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy from Naples.

There's an older woman that works there that uses a very unwelcoming tone when on the phone. It felt as if she was rushing me off the phone & it even sounded like she did not want to help me. She was very short with me. Lacks customer service skills. When you call it's astonishing and then when you actually go in and meet with her, it's down right appalling. A friendly welcome, a smile or a thank you would have given you a couple more stars. Maybe.
