Waited on sandys towing for over 2 hours! Finally got fed up and called Steve’s Towing. Within 20 mins the driver Cole was there and cooked up! Absolutely amazing service! He could tell I was stressed and having a bad night and he made small talk to make a bad situation good! Highly recommended Steve’s Towing!

They could hire done professional drivers ...a friend worked there for fired for no good reason and held his last check for no good reason...wouldn't use them if they were the last company in the USA ..plus drivers cut off other cars ..drive over the speed limit ...smoke in the trucks ...very unprofessional

Broke down called AAA they said about an hour. Well less than 15 minutes and the truck pulls up driver tells me to wait in his warm truck while he hooks car up. He took his Time deciding which way would be best to not damage my front wheel drive since the control arm broke & he hooked it up from the back put it perfectly on the truck & drove me &… my car safely to my destination. Put my car back on the pavement perfectly. He was professional,courteous, experienced, & friendly. I got a card because from now on I will be using this company!! Thank You a very satisfied customer

I own an auto repair shop in West Chester, OH. They just dropped off a customer car to me and plopped it in a random spot. We had 2 whole aisle ways to place the car. I am very upset that I had to then push a… broken down car into an appropriate spot. The driver was rude. I will never contract out or recommend this company to any of my customers.
