I found Twin City inspections online and read the reviews. Best choice i could have made. Jackie is without a doubt one of the best in the business. He answered my questions and quoted me over the phone. He scheduled me in on short notice and arrived early to our appointment. He inspected my house while answering every question I had. Great service and a never-ending wealth of knowledge and expertise. Jackie is the only way to go.

Jackie is the right man for the job. We bought a house in Texarkana while we were temporarily out of the country for work. We needed an inspector we could trust. A few friends recommended Jackie. When we called him, he took the time to talk through his processes, discuss his schedule openings, and generally made us feel comfortable and confident that he would do a thorough inspection of our intended property. He did a detailed and very thorough inspection which was confirmed by both the amount of detail/pictures he put into his final report and my father who was able to stop by during the inspection

I found Twin City Home via Google and based on the reviews I suggested my mom use them. I recently purchased a home in the same area and was very unhappy with the inspector our agent suggested; therefore, I told my mom we should find someone independent from the agents. I was present with my mom for the inspection and I can tell you Jackie did WAY more in the first hour that my inspector did on my house. Don't be fooled by the other inspectors and the fee they charge; they are a joke. Jackie is the real deal and goes above and beyond. You get what you pay for and my mom received more than what

Fear the old man in a profession where men die young. Now I don't know that men die young in the home inspection business, but still. Jackie was amazing. Honestly wish he was equipped with a go pro and uploaded his work to youtube. Watching him dart around & test everything.
He's extremely nice, honest, and thorough. So if those are things you value, then I don't see a reason to look elsewhere.

Jackie did a fantastic job with our most recent home inspection. We have had less than desirable results with another company in the past and he put all our worries to bed. He was extremely through and detailed in his report and took the time to explain to me why he was adding specific notes as we went along the inspection. The level of service was fantastic and the price was very reasonable from what I’ve paid in the past. I would highly recommend his services.

Jackie was wonderful! We did not have to wait a long period of time to have the inspection completed. He was professional and friendly while performing an excellent job on completing our home inspection. He welcomed us to be present throughout the inspection and if he found any concerns he explained what he found and what needed to be corrected. His completed inspection was available to us within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him and if ever needed will use his services again.
